Fruity Smoothie

This smoothie is thick and creamy and definetly delicious with the healthy benefits of Kefir.

  • 1 mango (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 3/4 banana (frozen and sliced)
  • 1 cup kefir (coconut milk)
  • 3 ice (cubes optional)

 

Ingredients

  1. Place in a food processor all the ingredients and blend until smooth. And served chilled.

Peach Mango Smoothie

This is a delicious and simple smoothie recipe made of with fresh local fruits.

  • 3 medium peaches
  • 1 mango
  • 2-3 large kale leaves
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangos then discard the pit. Remove the pit from the peaches.
  2. Place in a food processor all the ingredients and blend fully until smooth. Serve chilled.
